Lease Terms and Conditions:
- Net Domain Properties (dba NetDomainProperties.com), div. TheInteriorDesigner.com, div. NetPath Communications, LLC is/are the rightful owner(s) ("the owner(s)" )of all domain names in the "decor domains" and "other domains" tables.
All domains in the "decor domains" and "other domains" tables are and shall remain the property of Net Domain Properties, div. TheInteriorDesigner.com, div NetPath Communications, LLC until fully paid for by the client.
Lessee acknowledges that lessee has no ownership rights to any domain name being leased except for rights of use to the domain name as defined in the Lease Agreement.
All Whois database contact information (Administrative, Technical and Billing) shall remain with "the owner(s)" of the domain.
All changes to the domain record in the Whois database shall be performed by "the owner(s)" of the domain.
The lessee shall have the right to have the Domain Name Servers changed to the Domain Name Servers of the hosting firm of the lessee for a nominal fee except where fee is waived by "the owner(s)". Upon termination of the lease, the lessee shall not interfere or impair the right of "the owner(s)" to change the Domain Name Servers back to the Domain Name Servers of "the owner(s)" choice.
The lessee shall have the right to purchase the domain name at the price in effect at the time the Lease Agreement was executed at any time during the term of the current lease.
Monthly leases are prepaid quarterly (3 Months at a time) and require an initial, one-time setup fee of $25.00
For Monthly leases, "the owner(s)" shall have the right to sell the domain to another party at the end of the period for which the lessee is paid up except that the lessee shall have first right of refusal at the offered and accepted price. In the event that the lessee elects not to purchase the domain, the month to month lease shall cease at the end of the current paid up period and all rights to use of the domain by the lessee shall be dissolved.
The lessee shall have first right of refusal on all domain name offers to purchase in which "the owner(s)" indicate that the offering price is an acceptable price and that "the owner(s)" intend to accept that price from the offering party in the event that the existing lessee declines to accept the opportunity to buy the domain. The existing lessee must exercise their right to purchase the domain within 3 days of notification by "the owner(s)". In the event the lessee declines to exercise their opportunity to purchase, "the owner(s)" may sell and transfer the domain to the new owner at the end of the currently paid up period.
For Annual and 3 Year leases "the owner(s)" shall have the right to sell the domain to another party at the end of the period for which the lessee is paid up except that the lessee shall have first right of refusal at the offered and indicated acceptable price. The existing lessee must exercise their right to purchase the domain within 3 days of notification by "the owner(s)". In the event that the lessee elects not to purchase the domain, the lease shall cease at the end of the current paid up period and all rights to use of the domain by the lessee shall be dissolved.
At the end of any lease period, if the lessee does not renew the lease within 15 days, all accrued purchase credits shall be dissolved and no financial obligation, including purchase credits, shall exist between "the owner(s)" and former lessee.
All monthly lease payments are due in "the owner(s)" offices 5 days preceding the leasing period for which payment is being rendered.
All Annual and 3 Year lease payments are due in "the owner(s)" offices 30 days prior to the renewal of the Annual or 3 Year lease.
Any domain names leased may not be used for illegal purposes in the locale in which the business entity leasing the domain(s) resides.
